2013 “Good Neighbor” Program Underway

The C.A.R. 2013 Good Neighbor Awards program is underway! A small group of initial planners met this week to think about potential new venues and other changes to add fresh twists to this vital program, now in its 21st year.
The C.A.R. GNA program aims to exemplify real estate at its best, in terms of its ability to boost economic development in neighborhoods across the Chicago region and increase civic pride.
Award-winners include recently completed residential and commercial rehab and new construction properties nominated by REALTORS®, architects, developers or even neighbors – anyone who can attest to the positive difference the properties have made to their communities.
Start thinking about properties you’ll nominate this year! We will begin accepting applications soon and celebrate the winners at a GNA awards reception this spring. Winners receive public recognition, a plaque to proudly display, and a GNA-branded logo to use in future marketing materials.
