Free Tech Support to CAR Members

I'm happy to announce that we have renewed our agreement with TechHelpLine to provide assistance with a wide array of technical issues you may encounter. TechHelpLine can save you time and money with help for your PC, software, and mobile devices. It can assist with Internet, networking, e-mail issues – and even help with software and hardware purchasing decisions.

The regular cost for an annual individual TechHelpLine plan is $199. For Chicago REALTORS, the service is free. TechHelpLine can help address the following:

  • Mobile device issues
  • Virus removal and virus protection
  • E-mail and Internet problems assistance
  • Software applications and repair
  • Hardware problems repair
  • Printer help, scanner repair, monitor problem repair

Assistance is available by phone, chat and e-mail. Plus, there are no limits on the number or length of calls! Call TechHelpLine Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CT), or Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Receive help in English or Spanish by simply presenting your name, C.A.R. member ID number, and the e-mail address that we have on file for you.
