Moving Forward; Making a Difference. This is the theme of our upcoming Inaugural and the focus of our annual C.A.R. video.

It is apparent, as I interview clients of local REALTORS®; the impact each of you has had in helping them to achieve the “American Dream.”

One client I spoke with was ecstatic that her REALTOR® was able to help her sell her house within in a week and close on a new home shortly thereafter. Her goal was to be able to throw her son a great first birthday in her new, bigger home, and credits her REALTOR®, and new friend, for helping her do just that.

Another homebuyer loved her REALTOR® so much, she made her a Super-REALTOR® cape, because her REALTOR® held her hand through one of the biggest decisions of her life.

Yet another client adored her REALTOR® because they helped her determine that she could, in fact, afford to buy a home with the $8,000 first time homebuyer credit.
